Fern Ridge bike path floods | News
Eugene bike blogger Mike Seager sent out a warning to bikers this morning to watch out for flooding on Eugene-area bike paths during this recent heavy rain.
He spotted water across the Fern Ridge Bike Path under Chambers, and also said the underpass at Garfield showed signs of flooding overnight and had slippery mud across the path this morning.
